Terry’s Roofing is looking for an experienced Crew Leader to run residential roofing projects. We need someone who knows how to keep jobs moving, crews productive, and quality high.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a roofing crew on-site.
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec.
- Communicate with homeowners and management.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven roofing experience (shingle & metal preferred).
- Leadership experience running a crew.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow project details.
- Valid driver’s license.
